I want a laptop which can play some decent games and is under the $700 price range. I thought it was impossible, but:

Find me a laptop better than this :
Acer aspire v5
With amd a10 2.5ghz, turbo to 3.5
Radeon HD 8760m + 8670 dual
1tb hard drive
6 gigs of ram
Touchscreen is nice :)

$600 delivered , laptop is like new but refurbished condition

Not exactly sure about the graphics card, it's of the top of my head.
Saw a YouTube video of a similar laptop (same ram, CPU and gpu ) playing bf4 on high @ 30fps

Gets the big needle to POP this balloon. Because your running 'DUAL' cards, which actually I think this is your laptop you mean is just about similar to this...

Gets the big needle to POP this balloon. Because your running 'DUAL' cards, which actually I think this is your laptop you mean is just about similar to this http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Acer-Aspire-V5-552G-Notebook.108465.0.html then you can get
Battlefield 4 (2013) Low50.3 Med39.1 High26.1 fps (note below these probably are different SCREEN sizes as well SMALLER screen + LESS graphics BIGGER speed).

APU " YouTube video...playing bf4 on high @ 30fps" is horse^&*#, anyone can make ANY youtube video making any claim and can cut and paste it to fake it. Should I show you the amazing videos on how to get FREE FULL CABLE TV by doing UP UP DOWN DOWN.... on your remote control? I saw it work on there! Got to be true. A normal http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-8650G.87916.0.html gets a measily
Battlefield 4Battlefield 4 2013
low 1024x768 22.4 33 ~ 28 fps
med. 1366x768 16.2 23.7 ~ 20 fps
high 1366x768 17.1 fps
ultra 1920x1080 5.6 fps

You want a MINIMUM of bf4 on high @ 30fps on a laptop? Then you need to pay around $1200 with one with a DEDICATED (not integrated) GPU like the Acer Aspire V5-573G-54218G1Taii which is only sold in Europe it seems http://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-Aspire-V5-573G-54218G1TAII-Intel-GeForce/dp/B00K1VB368 (743.28 British Pound Sterling equals 1240.79 US Dollar). Now that laptop would do that gaming requirement: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Acer-Aspire-V5-573G-54218G1Taii-Notebook-Review-Update.123403.0.html .
