Hi Everyone,
So Im getting really tired of theses pop ups, so I know know how to disable the security Center , i go to the icon >Open Security Center, click change the way Security Center alerts me and when that new box comes up I click the button "Don't notify me and don't display the icon (or any other option) the box doesn't disappear to say its accepted the change its just says there like its a broken button

Thanks everyone. :)

All the references I'm finding on Google Search are related to not being able to turn Security Centre ON, nothing about being unable to turn it OFF. All I can suggest is you roll back your system to a date before the problem was first noticed (System Restore).
That won't affect any of your own files, though you may have to re-install any software that was installed after that date.
