looks good but instead of 32gb get 16 and use the money for a ssd and a coolermaster hyper evo 212 heatsink

It's pretty good build, but you can save some money from it.
First of all, you don't need 32 GB ram. 16GB are plenty enough for editing and streaming.
Second, you'll probably don't need the i7 power, so go for an i5 unless you want to edit videos WHILE streaming.
Third, I would take the same brand MOBO and GPU (ex. Asus MOBO and asus grx 780) to avoid compability problems.
Fourth, Don't take a 3TB drive, it will break in 4 weeks. I had one and had the same porblems. Try 1 of 2TB or 2 of 1TB plus and 256 or 512 GB ssd, because fraps and shadow play record games better on an SSD.
In order to win 120$ don't take the headset you took, but the razer cracken 7.1. It is 120$ cheaper.
