I am almost finished the Arctic Silver 5 i got last year and I would not get it again if I had a choice. I know it sits around the middle in cooling with any other good thermal compounds. The only thing about MX4 that i know for sure is it is non-conductive. This is what I need for mt Radeon HD 6870 that needs to be cleaned. The last time i used it the GPU was over 90°C in Borderlands 2. Back in May 2013. Plus I am considering deliddng my i5 3570k that i am no using at the moment. So what to get???

Well not sure about blood. there is a small amount of Iron in Blood. Though...I could do as good as the Cooler master paste that comes with the EVO 212..

I will have to pick some up on newegg. Someone I know has some MX-2 for me. Not to much choice in town where i live. Just Arctic Silver 5 and cooler master. Every PC shop has Cooler master PSUs, Fans Heatsinks and Cases and of course Thermal Compound. I read a review from Tom's and the cooler master paste does quite poorly, the Intel Stock fan with pre applied paste does 4-5°C better i think.
