new mb and cpu

hi i wanna know which chose for me
first buy now the items i will ask you for .. seconde i wait for dd4 items

well my pc spec
coolermaster haf xm
a data 256 gb ssd
gtx 690 gpu
ram 24 giga (2hyperx 2133 8 gb) 2*4 1600
mb asrock fatlity p67 pro
core i7 2600k
psu 850w cooler master
cooler master nepton 140 xl for cpu cooling

i wanna get
1-Intel Core i7-4930K Ivy Bridge-E 3.4GHz LGA 2011 130W Six-Core
2-Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC Force LGA 1150 Motherboard

iam not pro at pc , so my question is if i get mb and that cpu will work fine together? also will work perfect with my case ? i need smthing stay with me about next 3 years they will be fine with me or i should wait for ddr4 better ?

also if there any good items than those can u guys please check my available items on my country

First, the Z87 doesn't compatible to the i7-4930K, because the cpu is the lga2011, and MB is the lga1150.

Now back to the new MB+CPU, if you real real want the ddr4 items, and you use the pc for video/photo ( like using for living) http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/core-i7-3930k-3820-test-benchmark,3090-14.html and you should get the i7-4930K, or just get it beause you want the ddr4 or have the budget.
