GTX 760 vs R9 270X Mantle

New PC in 2 Days.
Which will be better with

GTX 760 or R9 270X
CPU- i5 4670k
Ram- 8GB G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 or Corsair Vengeance DDR3 or G.Skill Sniper DDR3

Resolution- 1920 x 1080

With all this Mantle mantle mantle..I am confused between this 2 GPUs.
Will GTX 760 perform still way better than R9 270X after this Mantle update?
Does Mantle show stuttering?
Is R9 270x and i5 4670k comination good?
(want to learn OCing in future)
if there is significant diff between GTX 760 and R9 270x I am ready to pay extra bucks for GTX 760.

gtx 760 is a stronger faster and more expensive card than the r9 270x so go for the gtx 760 ......you will experience 6- 10 fps difference between those two cards.....

The counterpart for the GTX 760 on AMD's side is the R9 280 (non-X) so if you don't care about Nvidia's Gsync or shadow play you should be targeted for the 280 as it gets more FPS in most games and cheaper moreover your competition is a little unfair for the AMD card.

If the 280 is out of your budget then the 760 is most probably out too , the cheapest one is 16.9K RS

^That's what I'm thinking about. I'm Indian and here GTX 760 is definately costlier than the R9 270X and some models even go higher than R9 280 low end ones. And that is the reason I'm asking about his budget.

yes r9 270x is 4- 4 k less cheaper than the gtx 760 and the fps difference is about 6-10 so its upto u where u are willing to pay 4-5 k more for 10 fps or not the r9 280 is about 1 or 2 k costlier than the gtx 760 and the fps difference is about 5....

My budget is around 15k and some what flexible. As 760 is 20% costlier than 270x, I think I should go with 270x.

get the r9 270x if u have a shortage on budget and don't want to spend 2 -3 k on just 5-10 fps boost...
