support i5 3450 22nm??..till now iam using intel g645 32nm..is my socket support 22nm and 32nm??

Yes. The i3 3450 will work OK on the ga-h61m-ds2.

the 22nm and 32nm has nothing to do with it. As long as they are the same cpu socket then you're cruising.
