if for gaming go for fx 6300 and that gpu
you can play games at med-high settings..

Surfing Porn? Checking your Tweets? or trying to play Watch Dogs at 1080p on ULTRA settings?

First two yeah your fine, the latter, COUGH this is cheapo system and will choke on anything 'newer' then 2009 in games.
APUs aren't for gaming, they perform crappy and you can't 'bypass' with a GPU to make up for it with current (2013 and forward) titles. Further the R7 is a low end GPU which again isn't made for anything " modern gaming' wise. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/R7_265_Dual...
I mean honestly, it plays 2007 Crysis decently http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/R7_265_Dual... but then bring on Crysis 3 http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/R7_265_Dual... and well your getting tanked.

If your set on AMD (they aren't' set on you anymore) you can ONLY get a FX-8xxx as the only VIABLE choice, and team it up with a R9 series if you want to 'work fine without bottlenecks'.

its the best build for the money in my country (did 2 months check) just wanted to know if all fits and wont bottleneck each other like is it a good combination and will work fine, also the cpu has slightly different socket then the motherboard and i wanted to ask if i wont have to update the bios or anything, pickin it up on sunday just wanna know that it will all work

Motherboard and processor will work fine.

But I will get a FX6300 +Asus M5A97 even if it costs a bit more. No point getting an APU if you are buying a GFX.

For your build a seasonic S12II 620 is more than enough, even if you later upgrade to a 8320 and a 280X. So I will downgrade the PSU a bit and get a FX processor.

So, you got an APU for ~75€ with a CPU part that is basically equal to the 60€ FX-4300, and an GPU part which you will never use because it gives you only 25% of the power of the discrete GPU you also bought. 60€ would also have bought you a Haswell-Pentium, which would have given you the same application performance, but twice the gaming performance in almost every game out there.

And then you added a 100€, 750W-PSU where any decent 40€, 350W-PSU would have done the job easily?

Thats not the best build for the money by a long shot. Taking the Pentium instead of the Richland, and a reasonable PSU, would have allowed you to spend annother 75€ on a better GPU, which could have been a nice R9 280 or a GTX 760.

Or you could have kept the same GPU and invested the extra 60€ into getting a core i5-4460, which has easily twice the power of your current CPU under any circumstances, and easily tripples your CPU-Performance in games.

In conclusion: Next time ask for advice, and listen to it, before you order.

Yes, this build would be extremely awesome if there weren't any bottlenecks. Unfortunately, everything is a bottleneck. Just kidding!

Why exactly are you getting an APU if you're getting a dGPU? Save some money and go with a Pentium G3220 or spend a bit more and get the FX 6300
