I have bought a new graphics card for my older custom built computer and I have no display. The fans spin very slowly on the card but my screens are just on standby. The new card is an XFX Radeon r9 280 and my old one is an XFX Radeon 5770. My old graphics works fine when put back in so I have a feeling the new card is broken. Please help?
