Which should I choose for the upcoming 5820K cpu? Which is the better deal, and should I even go with the corsair as it is refurbished? Also, is the Corsair very loud? As I don't want it to be distracting as I am using my PC for productivity (hence the 5820K) . FYI I am using a Phanteks Enthoo Pro case ( best value case ever IMO)
I appreciate your responses to this matter
thanks guys!

Another vote for the Noctua. The H100i can be quite noisy at high CPU loads.

The h100i has debatedly better cooling performance, however there are benchmarks that say the opposite. They are both fairly easy to install, but the h100i is definetly very noisy, and because its refurbished, it probably wont perform as well, and since they are both typically at similar specs, i believe the noctua might perform a bit better in the situation as well, so I would go for the Noctua. But make sure you get a case with good airflow to go along with it, it always helps.

Hope this was helpful!
