Hey people,

This week my PC froze a couple of times completely and I had to use the reset button to restart. This morning it did the same thing so I reset it again and it wouldn't boot at all, the screens were black and the motherboard info that comes up straight away wasn't there.

I tried a few times and then after a while it gave me the motherboard/cpu info and displayed a warning about the PC not booting 6 times and it advised me to go into the bios. I went into the bios but I didn't change anything. I restarted the PC and it booted fine into Windows.

An hour later it crashed again and now it will not boot and this time I am not getting the 'enter the bios' warning after a few times. I'm running a AMD Phenom II X2 3.3GHz which I overclocked to 3.6GHz a few weeks ago using the BIOS. I also increased voltage to it and I experienced no problems whatsoever, so I'm not sure if this is the problem?

I have removed the motherboard battery and replaced it but I still cannot get anything.

Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
