My computer has been running fine on the same wired connection for years.
However after recently staying at a friends house and connecting my computer to his network (worked fine) and coming home to connect my computer back to its original network, my computer now says its an "Unidentified Network" with no network access.

Both my home router and my friends router are similar (Billion brand).

I've tried a few 'fixes' which haven't worked for me.

I've heard a system restore could work but I don't have any restore points before I connected to my friends network.

Anyone know of any solutions?

Try some reboots on your wireless lan and operating system. If that doesn't works try reinstalling your wireless lan driver!
Also try to setting up a permanent ip address for your computer and disable DHCP on your router.
