Mouse causing monitor buzz???

Hello,

Just built a new computer for 1st time.

Build:
Have ASUS 4K monitor (PB287Q). ASUS Z97-A, corsair 32 GB RAM, EVGA 750Ti video card, Seasonic platinum 660, Intel 4790K CPU, Corsair 550D case, Noctua NH-U12S.

It is very quiet. However, when I scroll with my mouse wheel in a web page I can heard a buzzing type noise coming from my monitor speakers, that stops when I stop scrolling. Also when I left click and grab the top of the browser window and move the browser IE page around the screen it buzzes. Otherwise, it is extremely quiet.

I have done research and heard about interference.

TESTING:
-----What is unusual, is that the sound is absent / almost inaudible with my old 27 MHz Microsoft Mouse (Optical Mouse 2000) and Keyboard (Wireless Keyboard 1000). I'm fine using this for now, but I'd like a smoother higher polling rate / higher DPI mouse.

-----If I use a cheaper 2.4 GHz non-gaming mouse (e.g. Logitech M310), it is also almost inaudible.

-----I wanted to get a gaming mouse with higher polling rate (e.g. 1000 Hz) for better movement on my 4K monitor and tried several out, HOWEVER the interference sound only when doing above movements is LOUD. This applies to either WIRED or WIRELESS! Including Logitech G602 wireless, G502 wired, Sensei RAW wired, Razer Death Adder wired. They all make loud noise when scrolling as noted above. By the way, the movement on the 4K monitor is superb and much easier to control, so I'd like to use a mouse like this.
[/list]

-----Why does Logitech cheap 2.4 GHz not make as much noise???? Is it the high polling rate that makes the noise on above mice?

-----I've tried moving the USB to different parts of the computer (front, back, etc...) to no avail. I'm not really keen into putting in a sound card, as I've seen others do this and not worked.

QUESTION:
1) Any idea on cause? Is there anything I can do to eliminate it?

2) I've heard some use a GROUND LOOP ISOLATER (http://www.amazon.com/Raptor-GL15-Ground-Loop-Isolator/...) and that seems to be the most common solution, but I HAVE NO IDEA how to use this as I don't have these inputs, I am using a DISPLAY PORT.

3) Will external speakers solve the problem?

Thanks so much!
GUS

Solution
I figured out the answer.

I was using "line out" with the "Green cable" for sound. I changed the sound input on the monitor to Display Port and no there is no more sound. Solved!

I'm not sure why the "line out" would create this sound when using the mouse.
