Msi afterburner shows maximum temperature of this card when playing games without OC is upto 101 C . What is the problem ? Is it card's fault or some other things ? The card it brand new.

I think may be this temp. rising occurs because i set my resolution to 1920x1080 and playing on maximum settings but when i changed it to 1366x768 and decreased my settings it suddenly reached 63°c maximum rather than 99 °c

You probably could do with a better case, but with the side open should the gpu get cool enough. If the card is working fine with those temps is the temp sensor maybe faulty, maybe better contact the vendor and talk about an rma.

You could check the card in another pc or take your system out of this one and test it "breadboarded".

Can u tell me why when i play castlevania lords of shadows 2,sniper elite 3 and risen 3 the temp. touched 98 degrees and when i play watch dogs(all settings high), ninja gaiden z and scourge outbreak all maximum settings then temp shows 72 to 84 degree max. which is normal. So is that card's fault or cabinet's fault ? I can't figure it out.

No i can't tell you why you've got that difference.Probably stress on the card, why one game stresses the card more i don't know.

Can you do the next so i can see what components get that hot,

Download the next program,

http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors=V,after that click run,,then click at the bottom "Logging start" ,after that choose a name and place for the log.like Hwinfolog at your desktop.Leave it open and do game/stresstest (15min->30min.).The log will end at that point but will be saved.
After the restart upload the log to a site without to much crap (!),for instance dropbox, and leave a link to it here.

I changed my cabinet today and the temp is now 45 c idle and 57 c max I think my problem is solved.
