What part are you having difficulty with? Is it tough to fit in? Or is it a cable length problem. On some motherboards, it can be a real tight fit for the 24 pin socket. I know this is the obvious and I mean no offense, but is the connector oriented correctly?

If you mean you can't get it to plug in. Then i would suggest taking the board out the case if it is in. Then hooking the 24 pin connector up. While the board is on the box.

Another solution would be to slide something rubber under the part of the motherboard where the 24 pin is. That way you will be able to put a little more pressure on when you are connecting the connector. In my personal experience using a pencil eraser works wonderfully. I would buy a rubber eraser, carve it into the size you need it to be, place a piece of tape on the end, slide it between the motherboard and case. Then, connect the 24 pin. Use the piece of tape that you connected to the end of the eraser to pull it out from under the motherboard. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

Corsair power supplies are known for this issue in the forums , though it's usually the CX series.
