So.. this is my pc.

Amd FX-6300
Asus GTX 660 OC 2gb (Factory)
Kingstone HyperX Fury 8gb
1TB HDD WD
ATX 550W PSU

This happens only when i play heavy games: even if they run fine, temps on cpu go up to 60C, while gpu stops at 75C and the pc freezes at the point i just have to restart it manually.
Idle temps are: 39C GPU and 40C CPU (Consider my room temp is like 28-29C, damn summer)
The case is clean and also opened.

What's the problem?

*Update- May it be the psu? Now that i think about it, i don't even know what's the name -.- i suspect it being really bad

We're jumping to gun a bit with the PSU but you're right, it's a definite suspect if it's a cheap, no brand thing.
Grab a freebie of HWInfo and check the other motherboard temperatures and GPUZ to take a peek at the graphics temperatures, the main chip looks OK but what about the VRM temperature?
