buying a new card, which one is better?

so out of these two which is better, is the one worth the extra $50 or not?

also, will a gtx760 be wasted and bottleknecked on my current set-up?

my current pc specs are i5 3570k ivy bridge, 16 gigs of 1600mhz corsair vengeance ram, and a corsair 650 watt bronze power supply and a ASUS P8H77-V LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

EVGA 760 is better, so, no you would be paying more for less cooling performance.

get the evga one dont buy a reference card they are hotter and slower .....

no you have a good processor there......... you can use any modern card with your processor and will not face any kind of bottleneck...
