I have never done this before so I have no idea how to check what the BIOS are at now (month, year ect) BTW, I'm doing this to make sure everything is all set to install this graphics card http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclock-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-3753-KR/dp/B00IDG3IDO/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1407776344&sr=1-2&keywords=gtx+750

Ok, so i was able to find out the date, it says BIOS is 3/13/2014, but I still don't know how to update it. and also, when I got this PC, it says my mainboard is the MSI AMD 760G M-P34 FX

You should never update the BIOS or a driver unless it's absolutely necessary, and certainly not just because you "think" it might need updating.

Install the graphics card and see how it runs on the existing BIOS. if it runs okay, leave the BIOS alone!

It is not mandatory to keep drivers or BIOS up to date. If system works okay, leave it alone.
