Maybe I'm not doing it right not sure
However I have tried to reset the cmos and or bios. Iv Removed the jumper tried backup bios recovery and all.
There's also to a button on the back that says back to bios I pressed it as well but not sure it's function.
The problem happened after I changed a setting in bios related to pic memory the option was 64,128,256 I set to 256thinking that make pc faster or somthin since default was 64 and I do use pie cards

Please help or tell me what the exact order for recovery bios also when it spins up disk to recover bios is it done once it turns off the pc? If I let it go it'll keep turning pc off and I don't know when it's done

Pull power plug. Find 'watch battery' on motherboard, remove it. Wait 15 minutes no less. Plug back in watch battery, then power, power up, and try to get to BIOS (don't worry about disk spin up or Windows). If you can't then you have a hardware issue as the steps I provide reset and wipe out ANY settings you inputted. That point you should follow BREADBOARD diagnostics to determine which hardware part is causing the issue.
