I want a gtx 750ti and was wondering if a 350w psu is enough

Theoreticly yes, it is enough but i would recommend at least 500W and also keep in mind that there are other components taking the power. Also advise to buy a good one and not upgrade it so often as it will save money, but then its got to be good one.

yeah the 750ti will work well only uses about 60w. I would recommend a 600w-500w(min) just so you can overclock or upgrade to beefier components without having to upgrade the psu. the evga 750w is 50$ and the 600w 45$ and the 500w 30$.

I think you should get a new PSU.
Spare some money and go for a 600W PSU, you won't regret it and it will least a lot and it will come handy if you plan on upgrading your config in the future.

It doesn't have to be an expensive one nor to be stronger than 600W (for your current configuration). Here is a guide of buying a good new PSU:
