I have been searching for something for my girlfriend to run that would be able to do WOW, LOL, L4D2, and the sims 4 at decently high settings smoothly and without problem. Someone on here suggested this build to me and as it fits my budget would like some advice or suggestions on if it can improve or if this is the best its going to get. I'm trying to stay near $400. Thanks anyone for the feedback/advice in advance :)

Make sure your GPU won't exceed the 430w PSU.

Edit: NM, I went and looked, and it only needs 300w. Mildly surprised by that.
