how to check the brand of ram in pc and will Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) work in mine
specs are:
win 8.1 pro
i3 2120 3.3ghz
mem: 4096
motherboard :asus tek, model: P8H61-M LX R2.0
current RAM details:
DDR3
DRAM freq: 665.1
CL:9.0 clocks
tRCD:9 clocks
tRP:9 clock
tRAS: 24clock
command rate: 1T

They MIGHT work together, there are no guarantees, even the same exact model from different packages can be problematic, you compound the possibilities of problems with different brands, more with different freqs, more with different timings, more with different voltages, etc
