can i upgrade my laptop?

Solution
Should work fine, they both use Socket S1 and that socket is not soldered. Though there is no point of upgrading to a TL-66, it only give you a higher clock rate and doesn't give a noticeable difference. You could try a TL-68 aswell. Keep in mind Socket S1 has had revisions, so even if you do find a processor it may fit but not work. Be sure to back up your hard drive, Windows will get corrupted due to the new processor. I recommend using a key finder and use it when reinstalling windows.
