I have a console but i want a PC for the exclusives and free online service. My budget is $350, please include an optical drive. Don't include an OS. I would like to run League of Legends or Dota 2, CS:GO, TF2, Both Portals, and minecraft. I would like 60 FPS on medium but a minimum of 30 is fine, if you can exceed 60 FPS still within my budget that'd be great.

Solution

I made a slight change,I just changed the PSU. ;)

The stock coolers are enough,as long as you don't OC.
If you ever wanted to OC,Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is my recommendation. ;)
I would suggest changing those stock case fans for something stronger. ;)
