Hi, I'm not sure where my problem is coming from. It could be my cpu or my video card, not sure which.
Whenever I am scrolling on a page like Facebook say, the loading is very choppy and it will freeze up if there are any pictures involved. Same with Video games, instead of smoothly moving the way they should move, they are rather jaggedly and lag. Even though the frame rate is still showing 30 FPS. that is what I'm getting, it's just any video related items. And this isn't all the time, it's off and on.

AMD FX 6300 Windows 7 home premium
8GB DDR3
GTX 760 2GB
