New build wont install any OS

Just built my first PC and i cant install a windows OS. I have tried windows 8 and windows 7 both on disc and usb.

Windows 7 stalls and doesn't move at "completing installation" after restart.

Windows 8 does it's first restart and says preparing devices then it freezes and then shows an error page. The error page says it is collecting information and will restart and gives the error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.

I have no idea what to do i have tried everything i could think and yes i have already updated the bios and reset it to optimized defaults with no luck at all. Help is much appreciated!

System consists of:
AMD A10 5800k APU
Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2 Motherboard
500W PSU
8GB Ram
Asus Optical drive
Transcend 64 GB SSD

OK question number 1..... well im not going to even ask. if your trying both windows 7 and windows 8 it means that most likely these are installed on another system using the same keys or NOT LEAGAL copys. non legal copys leads to all sorts of issues as so if the key is been used on another computer.

Why would you assume it's a pirated version or the keys are already used? Even if both of those applied they don't explain why install fails and does not help me towards a solution at all.
