Computer starts for 30 seconds with 3 long beeps, restarts with 3 long beeps and no post

Hello everyone,
New PC stopped booting properly after a bios update using msi's live update. It worked fine before the update. I have looked online and tried many solutions such as reseting cmos, trying one stick of ram, removing everything and trying each part one by one. Is there any solution besides RMA? Small detail, I incorrectly seated my ram and only had one stick being used when the PC worked properly.

Everything is new except RAM, HDD, and CD-Drive.

SPECS:
MSI Z87M Gaming Motherboard
Intel Pentium G3258
2 Samsung 2GB RAM (I do not know what model)
Thunder V2 635W
WD 6400AAKS 640GB HDD
R9 270 GPU

question booting or posting?

booting is the action of loading an os(where you usully see a windows logo). posting is the hardware startup and checking (the very first screen you see)

booting will be a software issue. posting will be the bios update failed or hardware issue.

im guessing its the posting issue which means you need to find the info on bios recovery. which usully involves putting the old bios file on a drive and then pushing a key

Can the disc that came with the motherboard work? Also if this helps, my motherboard displays the number 03 or E0, depending on how you look at it, beside the onboard power button.
