CPU over voltage error?

I used an Asus z87-a mobo with a i7-4790k for my new rig. I got a "CPU over voltage error" instantly. I thought I would be fixed after I updated the BIOS but nothing has changed. Please tell me what the possible problems could be and if I can fix them.

From bios/uefi, what cpu temp, voltage, fan speed, clock speed?

Where do you get the message from?

I get the message from the BIOS menu immediately after turning on the computer.
Temp-60C
fan speed-1600rpm
colckspeed-3999MHz
the voltage is reported as zero

I think your mobo is faulty. Replace it.

Clear the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS to true default.
