Hello experts its me again,

i have this old pc ..

CPU: dual core e5400 @2.7Ghz OCed to 3.52Ghz
GPU: EMTEK GTX 460 SE
RAM: 4GB DDR2

does my cpu bottleneck my gpu?

You can check if your gpu is bottlenecked by monitoring the usage of both while in heavy gaming, if cpu usage is 100% while gpu usage is just 90% or below then your gpu is being bottlenecked by the cpu
