My specs : (Everything is new and hardly a month old)

Processor: AMD FX 6300 cpu six cores
Memory: 8 gb RAM
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 ti 2 GB OC edition
Mother Board : ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Cooler master CM force 500 cabinet
PSU : Cooler Master 350w.

I am getting constant BSODs (some times random crashes with a program stopped working message) while playing NFS Rivals, Batman Arkham Origins, FIFA 14.. The games work fine on my other PC (core i5) so it is not the issue with games installed.

I had windows 7 ultimate edition first. When I started getting BSODs I changed the OS to windows 8.0 pro edition.

I tried changing RAM, diagonised HDD without any issues, reinstalled windows 8.0 pro (had windows 7 earlier which showed samw errors), uninstalled antivirus (BSOD appear with and without AV). Updating Nvidia drivers did not help either.

I even tried playing games on a clean windows install before installing any other applications.

I swapped my Nvidia card with ATI Raedon HD 7790 1 GB, still got BSOD. I don't know what to do. Is it beacause my PSU is weak? The retailer who i bought it from told that 350w psu is more than sufficient.

I'm considering deleting all drivers and upgrading to a clean windows 8.1 install.Don't know if it helps. :(

I'm attaching links to few pics of the BSOD screen :

I had a similar issue where as I was consistently getting memory errors. It would typically occur just minutes into playing an game or sometimes if I was streaming video on tube (however that was a less common occurrence). If I was not doing either my PC was fairly stable.

The memory errors lead me to believe my ram was bad when it actually was not. In my case it turned out that the heatsink was applying too much pressure on the CPU. As a result it was pressing down too hard on the memory controller of the CPU thus resulting in the memory errors. After I reseated the CPU, applied new thermal paste and reattached the heatsink everything started working again and has for months.

If this does not fix your issue I would suggest exploring the possibility of getting a stronger power supply. Like 500 Watts ideally. I always prefer to get the wattage I need and THEN some just to have a nice cushion to ensure there is a nice consistent stream of power.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think upgrading PSU is the only thing left to try as changing RAM n Graphics cards did'nt solve the issue.. If the problem persists after uprading power supply i guess i would have to change motherboard or cpu as both are under warranty period :(
