This is my setup as of now I'm still getting my parts waiting for the supplier

Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 (onhand)
GPU: Palit Geforce 750 GTX TI StormX Dual(onhand)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb 4x2 Red (onhand)
Mobo: Asrock Z97 Extreme 4 (Waiting for stock)
PSU: Corsair RM650 Gold (Waiting for stock)
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Waiting for stock)

Can I run games at Ultra Setting with these setup? And is there any component I should replace besides on the components I got on hand? Thank you in advance!

All of those games are currently out, what do you mean by "future games"? Nobody knows how any games will perform that aren't out yet, they might be very well optimized and run brilliantly, they might be a terrible console port and run awfully.

Anyway, with those games COD will easily run on ultra, Watch dogs and BF4 won't.
With BF4, you're going to be looking at around 40-50 average frame rate on high, probably about 10fps lower on ultra. So, playable, but not amazing, your CPU is good but the GPU is average, if you want better framerates get something like an R9 290, R9 280, or a GTX 770, but you can still play most games fine.

The thing is my budget is not that high, thanks for the answer probably going to play at high settings still I'm thankful that my setup can play at high, and my setup cost for only 1000$ approximate. The R9 and 770 is above my budget cause in my country the price for the cards are too high.

For reference the MSI 750 TI Twin Frozr costs about 202$ in my country lol 50$ more :(

For now a 750 ti is fine if you only want high settings at 45fps.

Please pick the solution if you found what you're looking for, so the thread is market as "solved".

The R9 270x Toxic is better than a 750ti, so it's a better option.
