I am in absolute desperate need of assistance here...
So I jusst installed some antivirus software (specifically comodo firewall and bit defender complete) and I restarted my pc to complete the changes. Except now on boot, after the brief windows logo, my screen goes black and nothing happens... at all.
I tried to boot to safe mode to restore to a previous recovery point, but it wants my profile password. Which is a problem seeing as I DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE
. I can't boot the comp at all, so msconfig and cmd prompts are out of the quetion... SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!
