I have Zalman Z3 Plus Case with good Air Flow , While I'm playing Crysis 2 on Full Ultra Settings the Card's temperature reach 65 C so Do you think it is too high and what's the Safe Temperature of The R9 270x ?!

The cutoff point for the R9 series according to AMD is 95 degrees.

You're fine.

I have that GPU and the temps are 60 degrees on load (most of the time 50-55 on load) which is perfectly normal. The stock version of the R9 290X runs at over 90 degrees which AMD considers to be safe.

As mentioned before, 65 is considered pretty much alright considering you're running it on load. It's quite safe, so no need to worry unless you start going up to 90 or such, which will not happen. I have an R9 290 Tri-X myself and it goes up to 70 sometimes, it's natural, I'm not even half worried, I'm actually pretty satisfied with this kind of temperature.

If you have any more questions, let me know. Have a good one.
