blue screen after power outage

Hello, last night i had a power outage and my pc shut down while playing league of legends after power came back my computer restared normally but after loading windows and desktop showed up the blue screen popped up and the pc restart it itself. i can get into safe mode without any problem but every time i try to start it normally the blue screen appers.

any suggestion for this problem?

Could be a corrupted third-party device driver, hardware okay otherwise safe mode wouldn't work either.

In safe mode, only a basic set of drivers are loaded, third-party ones are ignored, hence why I think it's a bad/corrupted third-party driver.

Re-install sound driver, then try starting Windows normally. If still no luck, do same with graphics driver etc. until you get success.

Without the bugcheck code and details such as the memory .dmp file you are just inviting people to guess.
-my guess is you had pending writes to your hard drive and the file system was was corrupted when the writes were lost.
problem is, i can generate a lot of guesses but it takes too long.

the bugcheck code helps narrow down the problem.
the .dmp file gives most of the actual details of why windows decided to provide a bugcheck for you.
