I have a Power Mac G4 MDD and i have changed the graphics card inside it to a vga card because a don't have any dvi monitors. After changing the card i plugged it in and everything started making noise but the display will not turn on!
I have tried all sorts of things. Its not the monitor i tested it with my laptop and its not the cable either!
Please help
Thanks in advance

Was this Mac working before?
Where is the original video card for this mac?
You can't just buy any card and install it, they won't work, you need ones that is especially made for Macs.
Easiest option was to just buy a DVI to VGA adapter

If the old card has a DVI output then that should work, but if it's only the Apple's connector, then what you've linked will not work
