Not if you want to play games on it. This pc will be much better, but be shure to choose these upgrades:

With this you will have a PC capable of playing all new games on good settings at a good framerate. And on this website ( www.cyberpowerpc.com ) they build the pc with the parts that you choose, then ship it to you.

Please consider building a pc as you can get an extremely superior one for the price. Also you don't need to be an expert to build one, anyone can do it. And my first time building a pc only took like 25 minutes.

Also the pc in the link has no dedicated gpu so for games it'll be pretty crappy.
