Hi all. Just after some help. My seagate expansion 2tb is not showing up in my computer. However, it is in disk manager and storage. When I click on the shortcut (it has a ? over shortcut ) a msg pops up and says it cannot be found, check connections etc.- which we have done. Any help would be much appreciated!! It's windows vista if that helps? Thanks in advance.
I've also just realised the computer will take 10mins or longer to start up if the external hard drive is connected. We've unplugged it and computer has gone back to its normal self.
