No issues. I've used Snipers which are 2mm taller than the RipjawsX with the D-14. I had to unclip the 120mm push-fan and slide it up a millimeter or two to clear the heat-spreader, which took about 3 seconds. Doubt you'll need to do even that much for the RJX.
