I'm surprised you havent ditched that Celeron, holy crud thats weak.
But yes, the g1620 is a slot 1155, when your mobo is a 775.
You will have to replace it.

Your motherboard supports almost any LGA775 CPU, so go for any Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad CPUs (although any C2D or C2Q will be light years ahead your actual CPU, I recommend you to get an E8400). The only problem is that you cannot find any new CPUs, as they have been discontinued.
