Best gaming build for $2000?

I already have keyboard, mouse, headset, and monitors picked out. I just need the pc build. Nothing over $3000. I want to be able to play pretty much any game on ultra settings. I might also do a little video editing. Id prefer having a 780ti for graphics but if you know of anything better that will work.
