i am planning to buy gpu's that can run watch dogs on ultra i am confusing between MSI AMD/ATI R9 270X HAWK and Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 4 GB or zotac gtx 760 amp edition and asus nvidia gtx 760

yes u can............ i am running all those games in ultra i have a gtx 760 and my friend have a r9 270x .......no problem and i am also playing watch dogs in ultra at about 35 - 40 average fps....and go with the seasonic 620 one.....

can asus r9 280x direct cu version or sapphire vapor x run it on ultra

No, watch dogs was very badly coded so even the 780 ti's have trouble running it on ultra, but the 280x WILL run almost any other game on ultra, but id depends on your cpu too

sapphire vapor x r9 280x
ASRock 970 Extreme 4
