Today after I installed a driver update to my Razor mouse and it asked me to restart my computer. After the windows loading screen I got the BSOD and it quickly disappeared, followed by my computer restarting again to once again get to the BSOD. I managed to take a picture of it to read what is said before the restart, here it is:

Then it flashes something below that and restarts. I've tried multiple things, such as cleaning out/dusting my computer and trying to start it in Safe Mode with all the different options. no matter which Safe Mode Option I start with, I once again get the BSOD execpt it's a little different. it reads:

I don't know what else to do, all the videos I find tell me that it should load like normal when I select Safe Mode and that there is a hotfix I should download, but I just keep getting stuck in a endless BSOD restart loop.

If any additional information is needed I will be more then willing to provide it, given my knowledge of my computer. Please help me out on this, i would really rather not have to do a system format, as I have not backed up my information in a while. Thank you for any quick answers.
***Update 1: After going through some different forums and trying things out I came across someone who was having a similar issue and was told to go to the system repair option after pressing F8. From there he was instructed to open a command prompt and follow a set of directions that ended in the the person learning his hard drive failed. However when I opened up the notepad and went to Open -> My Computer, it was able to read both my SSD D: Drive (has the OS) and my Hard drive E: Drive (where I store everything else). So I don't think my issue is a failing hard drive, but if this information helps determine the issue then that would be great.
