I built a new PC yesterday and the motherboard (Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2) it is a FM2+ motherboard and it requires a 8 pin CPU power connector and the SMPS (power supply) has only 1 4 pin CPU power connector. Will my CPU boot up without any problems or should I get a new power supply. Please tell me fast.

Yes, it will work flawlessly; the 8-pin is used mainly when overclocking.

By no means the F2A55M-DS2 can be considered a high-end motherboard.

still diddnt mention the psu but even a 250w one would run such setup. no gpu a lower end apu so it that case it might post. anyway you can also use an 4pin to 8pin cpu adapter to avoid any conflicts.
