I'm convinced this is a good buy for the money, but it still lacks a case and PSU. The current cost is approximately $600. I'm hoping to keep the build under $680. Would it be possible to do so? I've never built a PC before, so I need help here. It seems I might be able to go pretty cheap on the case but should not skim over a good PSU. I'm unsure of how much and what type of power will be needed to keep this build running. If anyone could suggest a combo of the two that keeps me at or near my budget, I think I'll be ready to pull the trigger.
Could I get off a bit cheaper with microATX cases? Could I get off even cheaper with a case equipped with a PSU? Are either of those huge no-nos?
