Should be okay, no need for new psu, though you might want to get a better manufacturer, lik seasonic or xfx or evga, if you don't have the money for it, it won't kill you, but it'll be a lot safer imo if you get a more reliable make

RealHardTeach say 850W eg Corsair AX860, Seasonic M12II 850, Antec HCG 850M, EVGA Supernova 850

Your PSU is tier 3, and not recommended for heavy loads. I'd instead get one from the ones i7 recommended. Your SLI setup should get atleast 650W supply all the time for it to function correctly, don't expect that from your PSU, more than 75% load and the weak links (LTEC capacitors) will be exposed. Atleast a good 850W Tier 2 is recommended in such setups.

Corsair is not a manufacturer. They sell what someone else makes. Their good ones are made by Seasonic. Same with XFX and Antec.

I often contradict people with this, but imo will you be fine with that psu,750watts is more than enough for sli of the gtx 770.
just try it with this one before spending such a load of money on something else.
