Your CPU will fry to become a hot plastic toast with metal spread at that temp. DO NOT put any load on your CPU. But first tell us your idle temp. Also post your complete build and the fan orientation. THAT TEMP IS WAY BEYOND THE TEMP WHERE CPU START GETTING DAMAGED. Re-apply the thermal compound, and you may need a very powerful cooler like Noctua D14 or even a liquid one if your specs and condition is normal, except the temps that is. Tell us which software you used to monitor the temp, and when did you reach this temp.
