Lol yes it can handle those games very well, 100+FPS in not garuanteed on ultra but 60+ FPS is for sure.
High-very high settings and it goes over 80 FPS.
ABSOLUTELY NO NEED to get SLI for single FHD that too of 770s.
You're good to go with a single GTX 770 for those games on max on FHD :)

I have a gigabyte 770 oc 4 gb and all my settings are on ultra on BF 4. It does sometimes dip below 60 fps during multiplayer but not very often, not by much and not for very long. If you need 100+ fps on ultra then SLI or 780 ti.

Do you have a 120-144Hz monitor ? If not you don't need more than 60 FPS (or your monitor's refresh rate). And are you using your PC for gaming only ? You could get a better GFX card and get those extra frames that you want just by switching the i7 for an i5. You could also reduce the RAM count without having any impact on your gaming performance.

In this case, I would personally go with an Haswell-U setup. Getting that i5-4690k to the i7-4770k's performance is known to be pretty easy.

I had a 770 4gb, and even that can't maintain constant 60 fps on BF4, it would dip into the 20s occasionally I'm not even joking. I returned it and got the 780 6gb and now have close to 100 fps most of the time. The problem with the 2gb version of the 770 is vram requirements. BF4 uses over 2gb, Titanfall uses WAY over 2gb and so does Watch Dogs. You'd probably be ok with the 4gb version of the 770 for quite some time, but don't get the 2gb version. BF4 is a weird game, I feel like the stutters and dips are not even related to the graphical settings, but rather the terrible network code that hitches up all the time when a lot is going on.

SLI, is not really worth it, so many compatibility problems with it. It's better to just get one kick ass card. The 780 ti is technically the most powerful single GPU card besides maybe the Titan Black on the Nvidia side. I would definitely wait for a 6gb 780ti before jumping on it or just get the black if you have the cash.

In my opinion, some form of AA is the second most important setting after resolution. You can go with SMAA or FXAA to eliminate most jaggies without a big performance impact, but there is blurring of textures. MSAA 4x is pretty much all you need, but it doesn't work for transparent textures like foliage or chain link fences. Nvidia has an AA called TXAA which is supposed to be MSAA quality and also applies to transparent textures, some hate this as well because it can be blurry.

Rule of Thumb for me is Resolution>AA>Texture Quality>Shadows and Lighting>Effects like explosions, bullet marks etc.

Crysis 3 - high
Bf4 - ultra
Witcher 3 - ultra
Wolfenstein - ultra-ish
Arma 3 - ultra
TitanfAll-ultra

All at about 40-60 fps. It's useless to get 120-144 hz unless you have a monitor of that sort.

Not to mention anything past 40 looks great to the average person, 60 or 100 fps is better and all that jazz i'll take the eye candy and play at 40 anyday though, just my opinion obviously.

You may want to get a lower-end CPU. If you're only using this computer for gaming, you don't need that much power. The cash you'll save can be put in a GTX 780 for exemple, which will grant you those extra FPS that you want.
