my pc loads the bios screen again and again

at first my cpu was self restarting so i unplugged every connection and re connection while doing that i burnt my ram... :/ so i ordered corsiar vengeance 4gb 1333mhz ram (oc to 1600)
but when i connected the stick my cpu again started to self restart... and the reason i came to know was .. i connected the graphic card's vga cable the wrong way so i reconnected it .. n now my cpu was able to start but it loads the first start up bios screen .. also i m able to press del and end keys on keyboard when i press del key it says prepare to install bot setup and again loads the bios screen. i can't understand whats happening ...[video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_v8-eHPUdSY"][/video]

What are your build details, i.e. CPU, GPU, PSU, motherboard, RAM? Specifics please, as in brand, model, etc.

If you have a single stick of DRAM, try starting your system with it in different DIMM slots. If you have two, try starting with just one installed. If no-go, then switch sticks, then try different slots.

gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V rev 1.4
i3 540 3.7ghz
300watt psu
nvdia 8400 gpu
well motherboard has two slotss n i burned one ..
when i use 2gb ram stick it works fine but when i use 4gig it gets stuck on post screen .. my repairman told lot of H55 series stopped supporting 4gb sticks but on website gigabyte shows 32gb ram support upto 2100mhz!
