I'm going to install Corsair H100i and I'm not sure in which direction to position the fans, intake or exhaust? Seen many installation videos but the direction differs...

I have a Phantom 410 case with default air flow: Intake - x1 front; Exhaust - x1 back and x1 top.

My idea is to leave the back fan as exhaust, install H100i as intake on top, move one fan to the side as exhaust and add one more fan as intake in front.

P.S. I could put some pictures but currently I can't :(

Your plan sounds good, i'd have the top as intake, front as intake and one at back for exhaust

you can mount the h100 at the top of the case as an exaust removing the 140 mm fan....

put the 140 mm fan at the front with the existing 120 mm fan......

On the front you can only place x2 120mm or x1 140mm.

Anyway I ended up like this:
