I can't decide between the Asus N750 and the Lenovo Y50

Asus N750:

Intel Core i7 4700HQ
Nvidia Geforce GTX 850M 2GB DDR3
8GB
Full HD Matte 17,3"
500GB

Lenovo Y50
Intel Core i7 4710HQ
Nvidia Geforce GTX 860M 2GB GDDR5
8GB
Full HD Matte 15,6"
1000GB

The Asus has a DVD Drive and is much cooler and quieter overall. It has a bigger and better screen, I heard the Lenovo was really bad. Is it True?

The Lenovo is more powerfull and has better sound quality. It als has more storage

Tombraider Ultra 1080p
Asus: 31fps
Lenovo: 44fps

The Asus is $60 cheaper.

The real issue with the Lenovo, how bad is the screen? Do You have a lot of tearing when gaming? Is it annoying or Just noticeble?

Solution
tearing will generally not be a function of the screen itself, more the gpu and the refresh rate of the screen. In general however prepare to be disappointed when gaming on a laptop. i've 3 lenovo laptops, 1x X1, 2x G6XX's and the screens are fine in my opinion. The asus will be cooler due to the weaker gpu, cooler is better for gaming, but the weaker gpu counteracts that.
